Refund & Returns Policy
- If the e-book is damaged, please contact us for an inspection and replacement of the download link.
- If the e-book gets damaged in use, you can re-download it from your account at libraryvital.com.
Once we receive your refund request, a refund is initiated immediately. We refund your purchase back to the original payment method.
Paypal payment method: Immediately after being processed
Credit card payment method: We will send credit and debit card refunds to the card-issuing bank within five to seven business days of receipt of the return. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when you can expect the credit to post on your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
– Firstly check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Thirdly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
